Renata started her dance career as a champion ballroom dancer when she was seven. She successfully studied technique and methods of teaching Ballroom Dance at the Lithuanian State Academy of Music from 1988 to 1993. She received her Baccalaureate in the field of Dance Sport from the Lithuanian State Academy of Music.

Olegas started dancing at a young age of nine. After three years of practicing and competing, he won his first Lithuanian National Ballroom Dance Championship.
Olegas started teaching in 1984.

Both Renata and Olegas are Dance Sport Coaches, certified and accredited by the Lithuanian Dance Sport Professional Union, United Kingdom Alliance of England, and the National Dance Sport Council of America.
